1. What products do you offer?


We specialize in handcrafted trophies, mementos, desk and decor's, wooden clocks, corporate awards, and home décor items made from high-quality wood and acrylic. Customization options are available.
2. Can I see a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes, we provide digital mockups. In some cases, a physical sample can be arranged for a fee (adjustable on final order)
3. Do you accept bulk or corporate orders?

Absolutely. We handle bulk orders for schools, colleges, companies, sports events, and more. Reach out to us on WhatsApp or through our contact form to get a custom quote.
4. How long does it take to deliver my order?
  • Customized orders: Usually ship in 4–6 working days.
  • Ready-to-ship products: Ship in 1–2 working days.
    Delivery time may vary based on your location.
5. Do you ship across India?

Yes, we offer PAN India shipping. We also provide tracking details once your order is dispatched.
6. What are your delivery charges?

We offer free shipping on most orders. For remote areas or special requests, additional charges may apply — shown at checkout.
7. How do I make payment?

We accept secure online payments through UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Wallets. All orders must be prepaid — Cash on Delivery is not available.
8. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

No, we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be paid online through secure payment options like UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, or wallets.
