At Ecotrophy Innovations, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to deliver the best quality products. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you through the return, cancellation, and refund processes.
Return Policy
We are confident you’ll love our products, but if they don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them. Here are the details:
- General Returns: Non-customized items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving the product. The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition.
- Personalized/Custom Products: Please note that returns or exchanges are not applicable on custom-made products, such as personalized awards or engraved items, since they are made specifically for you.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that you may need to cancel your order. To assist you better, please keep the following in mind:
- Order Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 24-48 hours after placing it, before the item is dispatched. For cancellation requests, contact us via email at support@ecotrophy.com or by calling our customer support team at +91 98846 88804.
- Quick Dispatches: Since we aim to dispatch orders quickly (typically within 24 hours), we encourage you to notify us of cancellation requests at the earliest.
Refund Policy
We are committed to providing a hassle-free refund experience. Here's what you need to know:
- Full Refunds: If you are unsatisfied with a product, return it in its original packaging along with the invoice for a full refund. We do not charge any restocking fees.
- Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it, and upon approval, the refund will be processed. Depending on your payment method and bank policies, it may take 7 to 14 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Issues with Refunds: If you haven't received your refund within 14 working days, please reach out to us at support@ecotrophy.com, and we will ensure it is resolved as quickly as possible.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
